Job Summary

The SAP Retail Audit Rep is responsible for supporting the Sr. SAP Retail Audit Rep with daily posting of all Fuel and Store POS data processing. Responsibilities include:Accounts receivable support, Field Accounting support, Retail Accounting process changes, procedure reviews, and Store/ Fuel Operations support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. SRAR with verification of BW reports to verify Store/Fuel sales data has successfully transferred from BIP to the Business data warehouse, SAP Retail and SAP Oil.
  • Weekly reconciliation of Incomm prepaid reconciliation completion followed preparing a quarterly 320570 account reconciliation.
  • Process site transaction reversal request submitted in the Service Now environment.
  • Reconcile Daily Manual Fuel transactions in ReconNet ( Rec 601)
  • Support Sr. SRAP with all Service Now requests submitted to the SAP Audit team.
  • Reconcile EBT transactions and fees posted to 120068, provide quarterly reconciliation.
  • Report POS update/ coding malfunctions to Sr. SRAR.
  • Review and correct POSDM errors daily by 11:30. Report issues to the Sr. SRAR.

Qualifications

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 1 year Accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of POS systems a plus

Working Conditions
SAP Retail Audit Representatives typically work 8 hourshifts from the home office in Westlake, OH. These shifts typically range fromMonday through Friday and require little to no travel. Due to the timing ofmonth end Saturday shifts are sometimes required (typically 4-5 times per year)but are communicated to the team in advance.

Physical Requirements
Must be ableto:
Operate computer efficiently.Requires good vision, hand coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity.
Read, write, and communicate effectively with others both verbally and written. Sit for shifts up to eight hours (following approved company break guidelines).
Work overtime and travel 10% or less a year, if necessary.
Carry and/or move boxes (letter size documentation boxes for storage purposes), if necessary.
