Job Title: SAP REFX Consultant

Responsibilities :
* Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs using Core ABAP and Webdynpro.
* Develop and maintain SAP REFX customizations to meet business requirements.
* Optionally, develop/enhance SAP REFX customizations.
* Hands on experience in data conversion of REFX module.
* Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP programs, Webdynpro applications, and PPM customizations.
* Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Participate in project planning and management, providing technical input, effort estimations, and progress updates to ensure project success.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as program specifications, design documents, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain application quality.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with functional teams to ensure they understand the technical solutions and can provide input for future enhancements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with expertise in Core ABAP and Webdynpro
* Experience in SAP Core ABAP
* Experience in SAP REFX customization and data conversion/migration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
