Position Summary
We are currently seeking a SAP Project Manager located in St. Charles, MO. The SAP Project Manager will plan and oversee the SAP implementation in several LMI sites. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the IT and Business Transformation resources and integration activities related to this SAP implementation. This position will be responsible for providing project planning, project execution and technical expertise in conjunction with subject matter experts to ensure all technical requirements of the project are met. This individual will define the Project Plan, Project Schedule, Training Plan, Communication Plan, Change Management Plan, Resource Plan, Risk Management Plan, and KPI’s. While performing all duties and responsibilities, the SAP Project Manager will at all times model LMI values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the LMI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manages interface with the ERP Steering Team.
- Defines and executes the Project Plan, Project Schedule, Training Plan, Communication Plan, and Change Management Plan.
- Manages the resources to support the project plan (8-10) functional and technical team members.
- Prepares appropriate project cost estimates and ROI and obtains Steering Team approval.
- Leads the transformation of business processes across the enterprise, in close collaboration with the business partners.
- Works with Infrastructure and Security groups to ensure that all technical requirements are considered.
- Managers Project Risk.
- Understands and is able to clearly define the process interfaces and potential software integration elements between PLM, ERP, and MES.
- Serves as the focal point within the ERP Steering Team for all technology-related issues.
