The Position title:

SAP Project Coordinator- 11052120- Lake Mary, FL

Location             : Lake Mary, FL (remote till COVID condition)  

Duration            : 12 months contract (possible extension)

This role will support the implementation of the SAP S4/HANA cloud ERP solution.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a project analyst or consultant role

• 3+ years of experience coordinating the deployment of ERP solutions (i.e., Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.)

• 3 years of experience coordinating cross-functional and technical team activities

• Experience creating professional/executive level presentation materials

• Strong computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office

• Strong SharePoint management experience including: user access, apps, page creation, etc…

• Strong MS Project knowledge

• Organized and able to work independently, ability to multi-task, and stay organized

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• ALM experience preferred

• Jira experience preferred

• SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience preferred

• Big 5 consulting/implementation experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assists in managing and facilitating program/project scheduling

• Compiles and analyzes project data (i.e. budget, burn down, etc.) to enhance quality and process consistency

• Assists PM in the development, maintenance, and coordination of key project deliverables (SDLC, Agile, etc.)

• Works with PM to build out and maintain the integrated program/project schedule using required PM toolset

• Assists in the preparation of key status reports for relevant program/project meetings (PMO, Steering Committee…)

• Supports PM in tracking the progress of activities/milestones

• Assists in routine project management tasks and activities such as logging and maintenance of RAID and key activities status

• Examines program/project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy

• Supports PM administrative workload by owning administrative duties for PMs

• Schedules key program/project-related meetings

• Captures minutes and actions for relevant program/project meetings

• Sets up, manages, and maintains program/project SharePoint site as per agreed to plan (including meeting minutes, RAID, status reports, project permissions, etc.)

• Follows up with action owners to close out action items

• Assists in the execution of all communications internal to the project team

• Produces regular and ad hoc reporting in the form of required dashboard reports, as per requirements (Impact/Priority, Key Leadership updates, etc.)

• Gather PM allocation, facilitate resource capacity planning and sharing within IT leadership.

• Manage email distribution lists roster to facilitate project communication
