Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and delivery multiple successful full-lifecycle projects, in a portfolio environment, leveraging multiple PM’s to execute solution delivery
• P&L ownership for assigned portfolio of programs
• Managing the Program Managers to the development of work plans and working with Account Manager Develop Account Plans
• Provides Delivery leadership in sales pursuits and engages early in the sales cycle
• Responsible for PM and Sr. PM development personnel development
• Provides immediate credibility with customers and consultant population
• Will produce significant industry insight across many/all industry business processes and will represent HCL as a Sr. Executive in Presentations, trade shows, and publications
• Ultimately responsible for all deadlines of programs within the portfolio
• Must be adept at estimating project skill requirements and have the ability to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the project team
• Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones with clients and program team
• Establishing process for the program team to control scope
• Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
• Overall program leadership, including regular evaluations, budget management, and risk management
• Must work closely with and relate to process owners and key stakeholders
• Responsible to communicate progress, vision, and facilitate buy-in effectively with client and HCL Sr. Leadership
• Development of strong relationships with client middle and executive management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP
• Agile Methodology experience
• S/4
• Experience leading implementations and minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
• Big 4 experience a plus
• Proven success from a leadership standpoint on projects managed
• Experience as an Engagement Manager or Program Manger
• Project management responsibilities on at least 3 large projects
• Excellent oral/written communication
• Excellent organization and teaming skills
