***This will be a hybrid role or can be fully remote. ***

Responsibilities:

- Manages demands with relevant stakeholders in the areas of ERP Production Planning.

- Leads cross divisional demand reviews with the Global Process Owners to determine strategic fit of changes.

- Orders work from the third-party providers and reviews solutions/price estimates to ensure accuracy prior to approval.

- Engages in strategic projects in order to provide insight into the PS/PP cross divisional roadmap/strategy and determine where we need to engage our third-party providers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP Production Planning, Production Execution (Inhouse, Contract Mfg./Tolling) in Pharma/Consumer Health industry

- Experience with advanced production planning processes (configuration and usage of optimizers, MEIO)

- Strong understanding interfaces between SAP ERP, MES and OMP

- Strong understanding of GXP Compliance, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, MuleSoft

- Strong understanding of E2E IT process monitoring

- Experienced in Service Management Processes (e.g. ITIL approaches)

- Must have good Interpersonal skills
