**About the team**

The Integrated Support Environment is a harmonized platform where SAPs support engineers can engage with customers and colleagues as they solve customer cases.

As a novel platform designed to automate the generation of insights to augment engineers towards intelligent automation, extensive research is required.

**What youll do:**

**Position title:** SAP Product Support DC&P iXp Intern Support Analyst

**Location:** San Ramon, CA or Remote

**Expected start date:** January 2023

**Duration:** 12 Months

**In this role, youll:**

Pre-process data for observational studies.

Programmatically access databases.

Support the design and execution of research trials.

Support the processing, reporting, and communication of results.

Support the design of research extensions for the ISE.

Lead the development of processes to support the messaging environment.

**Who you are:**

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

The candidate should be interested in the whole life cycle of a product management and development. This position will allow the candidate to contribute and provide input on the future of the ISE including research, defining processes for release readiness, communicating key features, and development.

+ Program Management experience through academic or work history

+ Experience in supporting research

+ Development/Design Skills

+ Enrolled in an academic program or have recently completed your degree within 6 months of the proposed start date
