Job Description:
Essential duties and Responsibilities
• Quality Management 
• Production Planning 
• Capacity Planning 
• KANBAN

• Drive, support and improve the utilization and performance in SAP PP and QM.

• Coach and train end users of SAP.

• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams on business needs, information, applications and long-term  plans.

• Recommend investments into new tools or new processes.

• Implementation of R/3 applications including SAP Configuration, Custom Development (ABAP) and Integrated applications.

• Elevate roadblocks to appropriate levels of management and develop countermeasures as needed.

• SAP system configuration as required and daily break-fix/troubleshooting support.

• Analyze problems and develop strategies and solutions.

• Perform system enhancements and developments to include writing. Functional specifications to meet requirements, technical design, configuration, testing and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Bachelor degree with other relevant education

• 8+ years of relevant SAP Production Planning and Control module and Quality Management functional experience including MRP, Capacity Planning, BOMs, Work Center, Routings, Internal KANBAN, Planned Order/Production Orders, Order Reservation including make-to-order, make-to-stock, equipment’s, serial numbers, inspection lots, recording ,quality management process and DMS ( Document management system )

• Must have been involved in a minimum of two full cycle ERP implementations

• Current hands-on configuration in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management

• Must understand the process flow for Standard Order and from Order Entry to how the order is made on the production side to the delivery of the order.

• Experience in Cross Functional Integration of PP module with MM, SD, CS, LES, and FI/CO modules

• Understanding of Costing

• Willing and able to travel up to 20%

Preferred Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Experience

• Two full cycle ERP implementations

• SAP Batch job experience in Scheduling and Monitoring

• Experience in Variant Configuration and DMS ( Document Management system )

• Understanding of SAP MRP , ATP and its integration points within materials management and  sales and distribution

• Hands on experience in EDI, IDOCs (inbound and outbound)

• Experience working directly with end users or business to gather and define requirements for system enhancements or to solve any production issues.

• Experienced working in an international, multi-cultural team with offshore programming resources

• Experience working in a FDA regulated/compliant environment

• Proven experience in leading a project

• Positive attitude, presentation and excellent communication skills

• Strong documentation skills
