Job Title  : SAP PM – Plant to Produce

Location  : Houston, TX

Duration : 10 Plus Month Contract

• Description:

Position summary:

Within the Global IT Application – Plant to Produce group we are currently looking for a business analyst who will actively participate in SAP plant maintenance implementation

 

Performance objectives:

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business functions/processes supported, be viewed by the business as an advocate for them within ITS and provide the voice of ITS back to the business when developing solution.
• Manage the ITS project through business requirements gathering and validation, planning, execution, delivery.
• Participation in Business Testing: - Able to support business to run test scripts and provide guidance on defects. Should be able to organize support from development team to resolve issues
• Solution: - With strong SAP PM/MM experience. should be able to quickly understand the template solution and provide adequate support to end users
• Master data: - Should understand end to end master data in relation with PM/MM and also master data for related process. Should have hands on experience of data migration from legacy CMMS systems to SAP
• Training – Able to provide training to business users and provide guidance on defects. Should be able to organize support from development team to resolve issues
• Should be able to develop training materials and deliver training
• Project Timelines: - You should be able to work on the agreed timelines and give honest effort to ensure the project deliverables are met within time.

 

Required key skills (MUST have):

• SAP plant maintenance and MRO Inventory management, functional expertise (5 + years)
• Expert in SAP Plant maintenance concept
• Have worked in end to end implementation
• Must be able to work with MRP along with planning
• Expert in end to end SAP PM / MM Inventory management
• Very good understanding of mater data - MRP views in Material Master, Work Center, Maintenance plan, Task list, Maintenance plan
• Good understanding of data migration tools
• Integration touch point with procurement and other modules of SAP
• Business knowledge
• Organizational Change Management
• Manage the politics and complexity associated with large scale change.
• Understand the drivers of organizational change and interdependencies among all the moving parts.
• Appreciate intended and unintended consequences of project and program decisions.
• Work with all partners to overcome common obstacles to successful system deployment.
• Powerful Communications

 

Consulting skills:

• Communication & Teaming
• In time issue resolution
• Chemical Industry expertise (minimum 6 years)
• Language skills: fluent in English;

 

Key Skill Set (Nice to Have):-

• Work experience in Maintenance and reliability functions is a plus
