SAP Order Processor
We are pleased to recruit for a company whose corporate purpose is to create chemistry for a sustainable future and has been doing so for 150 years. Their portfolio ranges from chemicals, plastics, performance products and crop protection products to oil and gas. Their products and solutions contribute to conserving resources, ensuring nutrition and improving quality of life. Our client is expanding and seeking a SAP Order Processor in Florham Park, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for multiple businesses. Responsible for order processing from receipt of order, through delivery of goods and final invoicing of Customer and all functions of Customer Service which are associated with this process.
- Order and data entry into SAP.
- Planning, reviewing, scheduling and booking, and releasing orders for shipments as well as resolution of order issues.
- Manage order plan and coordination with warehouse to ensure customer requested delivery dates are met.
- Preparing and dispatching shipping documents and associated record keeping.
- Communication to both external and internal customers.
- This position will be responsible for SAP order processing for multiple businesses.
- Entering/ completing orders in SAP.
- Working with business supply chain planners to ensure material is confirmed and delivery notes are created.
- Expediting deliveries when required.
- Working with our lead logistics provider to ensure orders are booked and shipped accordingly.
- Creating invoices for shipped orders.
- Ensuring documents are provided to the customer to ensure ease of goods receipt overseas.
- Responding to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Running reports daily to monitor and take the necessary action to ensure orders are shipping as confirmed.
- Confirming that required logistics activities are being organized for all related shipments
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- A working knowledge of order entry in any compute system is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Must have excellent customer focus, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
- The candidate must be detailed oriented and have a willingness to do routine data entry and follow through.
Education: Undergraduate degree in accounting, supply chain, or business preferred; a 2 year degree in the same areas required.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00am- 5:00pm
Length of Assignment: Contract (3 months)
