Our client, an established consumer goods company located in Freehold, New Jersey, is searching for a dynamic and talented individual with a passion for customer service to join their team as a SAP Order Entry Specialist.

Salary/Rate: $17/hr temp with an increase on the permanent side

Position Overview: The SAP Order Entry Specialist role is a temp to hire position with great scope for career development and progression.

Responsibilities of the SAP Order Entry Specialist:

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving disputes, issuing credit/debit memos, processing samples/rebates and monitoring sales orders through the order fulfillment process
• Partner with Wholesale and Retail business units to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain the highest level of communication to customer
• Order Management - ensuring orders received are delivered to the customer on the delivery date requested with accurate invoicing
• Responsible for identifying, tracking root cause of failures and working as part of a team to help resolve them

Qualifications for the SAP Order Entry Specialist:

• Demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative, beyond call center and/or retail experience
• Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Intermediate to high level Microsoft Excel proficiency is required (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Will be tested in MS Office
• Prior experience with SAP in a professional setting
• Previous experience with wholesale accounts

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
