Purpose and Objective of Job:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operations and logistics required to run academy programs effectively. This is done in close alignment with the respective faculty teams as well as the rest of the academy operations team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Take charge and execute all operational support for assigned Academy program.
- Analyze existing processes, define improvements, develop new processes and champion usage.
- Manage expectations, timelines, stakeholders, communication, and risks for effective decision-making and project/program
- Drive accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution during all phases of the Academy experience.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the Academy staff, Associates and External Vendors, understanding core requirements to achieve a world class Academy experience.
- Identify, define, and execute projects designed to address and improve operational bottlenecks, gaps, or deficiencies.
- Enhance and contribute to the associates' Academy experience and key Academy wide events such as CSR, Executive visits, Capstones, Graduations
- Enable Faculty to leverage, adopt, and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements and tools such as Airtable, Mural, and Canvas.
- Actively contribute to the one team spirit. Share successes, learnings, and best practices beyond internal borders or silos.

- Proficient in MS Office and quick in adopting new tools and technologies

Experience Requirements
- 5 years of professional working experience preferably in a project management capacity
- Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
- English: Fluent (Able to fluently understand and communicate verbally and in writing)
- University degree and/or Professional Training & Certification

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 97,000 - 213,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
