The SAP MM Support Analyst II will be responsible for analysis and support in the SAP Material Management module as part of a team who supports TBC’s Corporate, Retail, Wholesale, and Warehouse business.  We are looking for a Mid-level Support Analyst with good experience & knowledge of SAP primarily in Material Management & Logistics. As a SAP MM Analyst-II you will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s Business requirements are identified and achieved through proper system design, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilites

  • Primary responsibility is to serve as the coordinator between business needs and SAP technical solutions

  • Gathers business requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements for the creation of application features enhancements, and functions

  • Perform necessary configuration to support the business requirements in ECC 6.0.

  • Design, analyze and interpret TBC’s legacy systems, do technical/functional mapping of processes & data for converting them in to SAP

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Development Leads and other members of the Development and Functional Teams to develop SAP solutions

  • Work closely with retail & wholesale operations & with corporate inventory management department for any SAP Material Management related issues

  • Participates in strategic Business/IT meetings to review, evaluate new technical challenges to improve operating efficiencies and business

  • Create functional & technical process flows of data into & out of SAP

  • Perform system testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure requirements are met 

  • Design and develop test plans (e.g. test objectives, test cases, test data and test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in configuring, developing and supporting SAP MM  Module

  • At least 4 year experience in designing and developing business process and functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Conversion, & Enhancement (RICEF)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data conversion, roll outs, go-live, production build and ongoing support including break/fix, minor enhancements

  • 4 year experience with developing  and configuring Procure to Pay and Inventory Management processes 

  • At least 1 SAP go-live implementation experience preferred

  • Experienced with MRP, P Card, Logistics Invoice Verification, Physical Inventory & Retail Store functions

  • 3 years of cross functional integration experience with  Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD),  Logistics Execution (LE) and Warehouse Management (WM)  

  • 3-4 years’ experience with PO, Vendor Returns, Goods Receipt, Demand Planning, Vendor Master, Article Master, Material Availability, Delivery, Shipping and Costing Process

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with users at all levels

  • Configuring PO, PR, Purchase Pricing Procedure, Access Sequence, Conditions, Vendor Info Records, Movement Types, Item Category and Stock Movements

  • Configuring Intercompany Purchase & Stock Transport Orders

  • Monitored & Managed EDI processes with Vendors for EDI 810, EDI 856 and ASN

  • Uploading Material Master, Vendor Master & Initial stocks from Legacy system to SAP for conversions  using programs e.g. LSMW

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing SAP Test scripts for UAT and FUT 

  • At least 3 years of experience using HPQC, LANDesk, LSMW, EDI I-Docs

  • Well versed in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Visio)

  • High attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and ability to balance multiple projects

  • Positive team player, “go-getter” attitude & willing to learn new technologies as per requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
