Project work is for integrating legacy system from an acquired product service line into the client's SAP instance, and build enhancements to streamline end user transactions in SAP through automation.

Required skills in SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Materials Management.

Resource must have business process experience and a creative problem solver, solution designer.
This position is located in Houston and we're looking for a local candidate.

Role:

• Design and implement solutions to streamline SAP transactions through automation.
• Implement data migration and integration around SAP Materials Management and SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Organize and facilitate / conduct workshops focused on defining the relevant transactions that needs to be integrated from legacy to SAP, and vice versa.

Skills required:

• Minimum 8 years SAP Materials Management / Plant Maintenance implementation experience (at least 3 projects experience).
• Minimum 4 years SAP integration experience with external system (at least 2 project experience).
• Exhibits expert level understanding of Plant Maintenance and configuration, measurement points, equipment master, user statues, complex equipment hierarchies, classification, work order and work order settlement, and has participated in upgrades and large enhancement projects.
• Either via formal training or on the job development the candidate has accumulated over 7 years of functional configuration and business process experience in SAP Materials Management. Candidate must have experience implementing SAP Supply Chain application and processes also supporting conversion activities.
• 3-4 years SAP Data conversion experience
• Experience in SAP data load and integration tools: LSMW, BDC & IDOC's.
• Experience in Data cleansing.

Preferred skills in addition to the above:

Knowledge of SAP SD module
Experience in building solution to streamline SAP transactions through automation
