Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MII Architect with extensive experience in the beverage or food industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) implementation, design, and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of SAP MII solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency for Digital Factory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MII implementation and architecture in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data integration in a beverage or food manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP MII configuration, customization, and development.
- Knowledge of other SAP ERP modules and integration with SAP MII.
- Experience in designing and implementing manufacturing dashboards and real-time analytics using SAP MII.
- Familiarity with SAP MII interfaces, web services, and integration with plant floor devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Key Skills:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose SAP MII solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP MII solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of SAP MII applications to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate SAP MII with other SAP modules and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP MII applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP MII and related technologies to propose innovative solutions. Ability to combine business needs with technical requirements.
- AGILE development utilizing JIRA.
- SCRUM team leader.
- Strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, in-depth experience in business process analysis.
- Excellent customer facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range
$118,275.00 - $186,600.00 USD (Salary)
- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
