This position is to support Master Data Governance (MDG). The following are essential skills: Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Webdynpro, FPM, BRF+, Workflow, IDOCs, SAPScript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms - especially for Production support and Production fix. Well versed with SAP debugging.

BASIC FUNCTION: Work with Functional and Technical Developers to support and implement LyondellBasell's global Master Data Governance processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other external interfaces supporting business process. The primary responsibility of this technical position is to coordinate and perform requirements analysis, process design, development and maintenance of SAP WRICEF objects in Master Data Governance business process areas to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The criteria for differentiating between skill levels are breadth (primarily Master Data Governance areas) and depth of SAP module knowledge (cross-functional), extent of external networking (best practice and solution development), leadership skills and years of experience.
Responsible for consulting with other SAP team members for fulfilling business requirements across functional areas.
Responsible for the implementation of technical changes for the agreed upon solution.
The objective of this activity is to achieve a reliable, stable system operation with a minimum of SAP customization.
Responsible for following and ensuring of the execution of all appropriate documentation, testing, technical design, quality assurance and management of change requirements.
Additionally, the position is responsible for influencing continuous improvement in these areas.
The objective of this activity is to ensure a consistent development methodology to achieve operational excellence and control requirements.
Responsible for collaboration and leadership with other areas regarding technical design, cross-functional process integration and testing to influence the achievement of an optimal, integrated solution.
Responsible for taking an active role within established teams, guidelines, timeframes and scopes with minimal supervision to provide solutions, and for other reasonable tasks as given by supervisor or manager.

KEY COMEPENTENCIES:

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Webdynpro, FPM, BRF+, Workflow, and ALE

Strong organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal and agency/client relationship skills.
Proficient and accurate with various software.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence, demonstrate solid data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 10+ years of SAP technical experience with working experience in: SAP ECC 6.0 or higher, MDG.
Object Oriented ABAP and through knowledge of OO concepts.
More than one of the following: Reporting, Interfaces, Enhancements, Conversions, ABAP Query, IDOCs, SAPScript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Adobe Life Cycle Designer, LSMW, Dialog programming, Dynamic programming, Web Dynpro -Production support and Production fix.
Technical Design, QA Review. Well versed with SAP debugging.
Driving solution reuse, reliability, performance, and scalability through deep knowledge of software design and of SAP. Working with geographically dispersed clients and resources.
