Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP Master Data:

* Coordinate all product, component, and supplier data files including:

* Data entry on Material Master.
* Purchasing info records (PIR), quality info records (QIR), and source lists (S/L.)
* Oversee the submission of new vendor requests to the DMO.
* Manage new part number requests in SAP
* Act as a liaison between the corporate Data Management Office (DMO) and Plymouth site.
* Be the local subject matter expert for SAP.
* Troubleshoot SAP issues for Plymouth production and R&D departments.
* Assist in the coordination of new product roll-outs and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
* Work with site cost accountant and purchasing to prepare data for annual cost roll up.

QMS Data:

* Maintain files for defect/scrap data from production and final inspection.
* Prepared and issue weekly / monthly the manufacturing yield and trending reports.
* Compile, enter data, and maintain charts/graphs for the monthly site scorecard and Nonconformance files.
* Schedule and moderate the quarterly Supply Management team meeting.
* Execute and format the Approved vendor list and supplier ratings via SAP.
* Other tasks/projects as requested by manager

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum of 2 years of SAP or closely related ERP system experience
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/supply chain experience
* Experience with data analysis
* Experience in establishing or modifying business policies and processes
