Job Overview: As an SAP Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of master data within the SAP system. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and timely. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring that it is used effectively to support business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of master data within SAP systems, including but not limited to customer, vendor, material, and pricing master data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in SAP systems.
  • Review and analyze data quality issues and propose solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing procedures to ensure that master data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure that master data supports business requirements and is effectively used in business processes.
  • Participate in data migration and data integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide training to end-users on master data management and related processes.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP master data management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP data structures and tables.
  • Experience with data analysis and data quality management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data migration and data integration projects is a plus.
  • SAP certification in Master Data Management is a plus.

Salary range is $65,000 - 85,000 Depending on experience and location
