**SAP Litmos VP, Head of Human Resources**
This position will be hired into SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the CEO, the HR Leader will play a critical role in shaping the performance and culture of our growing global team of 225 employees, developing a best-in-class People & Culture team. This is a new & mission-critical role that will drive all aspects of the People & Culture function: People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, and Workplace Experience.
The incoming HR leader will be closely involved in the scaling of our company strategy, ensuring we build the optimal teams and capabilities to deliver on our objectives. They will be a collaborative partner to the leadership team and must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support the growth of our business.
**What youll do:**
**Business Partnerships** : Establish, build, and leverage positive working relationships with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and business leaders. This role will report to the CEO and will need to operate with a high level of executive presence in a geographically dispersed organization.
**HR Strategy/Org Design** : Partner with ELT to define and execute the HR Service Delivery Model, inclusive of structure, process, analytics, tools, and talent. Roadmap and drive the implementation of effective HR and people programs and functional improvements required to achieve the companys financial goals and objectives, enable future business growth, and facilitate seamless expansion into new geographies and e-commerce markets.
**HR Operations and Analytics:** Ensure the foundational aspects of the HR organization is set up and designed for success including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, Processes and Policies, HCM platform.
**Experience & Culture** : In collaboration with ELT and business leaders, identify, develop, and deploy employee experience programs and campaigns that unify and harmonize company culture. Foster retention, engagement, and a sense of belonging across a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse employee population. Coach leaders and associates to ensure consistency between stated corporate values and behaviors.
**What you Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience.
+ 10 years of experience in Human Resources or related leadership field
+ Proven track record of successfully creating, implementing & executing HR strategies and initiatives
+ Change management, org design, org effectiveness, and facilitation experience
+ Private equity experience preferred
+ Business Partner mindset
+ Experience across multiple capabilities: Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Employee Relations
+ Experience supporting a global workforce
+ A well-balanced professional, who can both lead strategy and execute programs in this important phase of our growth journey
