This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022.

The primary purpose of the Solution Advisor- Content is to provide exceptional knowledge, guidance and coaching to account executives, partners, and customers during sales cycles and actively performing content presentations within their assigned region. To be successful in this role, the Solution Advisor - Content has thorough knowledge of how to engage with customers in all phases of the sales cycle, a great understanding of SAP Litmos Content, and of our competitive advantage. He/She is expected to stay current on the Litmos content product and competition and search for ways to be more successful in his/her role. Solution Advisors support other's success through internal and external enablement, is a source of knowledge to everyone, as well as prepares and joins trade shows to drive great customer experiences.

As a Solution Advisor with your level of experience, you should require minimal supervision as related to all aspects of your position. You should be capable of working independently to complete all related tasks for your role. It is also expected that you can interact in a professional manner with your colleagues as well as partners and customers. You must meet agreed upon work times and deadlines. You will have a background in Salesforce and your training path into Litmos will be fast to complete the duties of your role given your experience.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

* Has excellent understanding of how to run a successful sales cycle, coach others, and influencing without authority.
* Has a thorough understanding of Litmos content solutions.
* Will prepare and provide focused support to sales and partner teams during sales cycles and in customer calls, extending the solution expertise of the team influencing solution strategies, and understands our competitive advantage for customers and prospects.
* She/he understands the requirements, related business processes and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
* Responsible for the creation and delivery of customer facing assets and Litmos content presentations. Ensure high quality customer meetings. Showcase best-practice presentation techniques and scenarios.
* Support partners in the development of presentations to support their sales cycles.
* Always stay current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.
* Coach and mentor sales members of the team. Take an active role in enabling internal and external audiences about the solution while co-selling.
* Participate in creation and maintenance of key customer facing assets and knowledge inventory.
* Provide sales and presentation support of key marketing events.
* Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.
* Mentor and enable sales teams. Implement best practices in responsibility area.
* Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.
* Develop collaborative work relationships.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

* Sales/presales experience in selling business software and/or IT solutions
* Sales/presales experience with Salesforce preferred
* Learning management system (LMS) and eLearning content experience is a plus
* Experience working in a multi-channel go to market model

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
* Product Solution Knowledge
* Presentation skills
* Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
* Communication skills
* Teamwork & Collaboration
