**_This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022._**
The primary purpose of the Litmos, Senior Solution Engineer roleis to provide exceptional knowledge , guidance and coaching to account executives, partners, and customers during sales cycles and above.In order to be successful in thisrole, the Senior Solution Engineer has thorough understanding of Litmos Solutions, their features and functionalities and key integrations points, and a great understanding of our competitive advantage for customers and prospects. Senior Solution Engineers are responsible for maintaining above market standard demo environments, customer facing assets and they stay current on product and competition. They supports others success through internal and external enablement, is source of knowledge to everyone, as well as prepares and joins tradeshows to drive great customer experiences. Litmos solutions integrate with salesforce solutions, and for this role we are looking for a person with Salesforce solution engineering expertise.
As a Senior Solution Engineer with your level of experience, you should require minimal supervision as related to all aspects of your position. You should be capable of working independently to complete all related tasks for your role. It is also expected that you can interact in a professional manner with your colleagues as well as partners and customers. You must meet agreed upon work times and deadlines.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Senior Solution Engineerhas thorough understanding of Litmos solutions, their features, functionalities and integrations and is internally recognized senior on complex solution matters.
+ They prepare and provides focused support to sales and partner teams during sales cycle and in customer calls, extending the solution expertise of the team influencing solution strategies, and understands our competitive advantage for customers and prospects. They understand the requirements, related business processes and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
+ Responsible for the creation and maintenance creation and maintenance of customer facing assets and Litmos product demonstration landscape (desktop, mobile) and demonstration portfolio. Ensure high quality and high performance demo environments, and defines landscape/systems operational rules and guidelines. Support partners in the development of product demonstration content to support their sales cycles. Executes on assigned tasks and demo projects such as standard content projects, demo build requests. Showcase best-practice demo techniques and scenarios.
+ Always staying current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.
+ Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Take an active role in enabling internal and external audiences about the solution.
+ Build and provide quality Infrastructure and provide demo support of key marketing events.
+ Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.
+ Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Implement best practices in responsibility area.
+ Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.
+ Develop collaborative work relationships.
+ 8 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
+ Software Presales experience
+ Preferred experience working with Salesforce solutions
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
+ Bachelors degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
+ Product Solution Knowledge, high interest in SW products and integrations
+ Presentation skills
+ Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
+ Communication skills
+ Teamwork & Collaboration
