This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022.
The primary purpose of the demo environments manager is to provide exceptionally well-designed, global product demo environments that are available 7/24 and support the needs of the Litmos sales and presales teams. To be successful in this role, the demo environment manager has a thorough understanding of the Litmos Solutions, their features and functionalities, key integrations, and integrated systems (especially Salesforce). They would also require a great understanding of our competitive advantage for customers and prospects. The demo environments manager is responsible for maintaining engaging environments that support all Go To Market motions and integrations. S/he has exceptional UI Design skills to deliver demonstrations that support the Litmos brand. The demo environment manager supports others success through enablement, is a source of knowledge to everyone, as well as prepares and joins tradeshows and other marketing related activities to drive great customer experiences.
As a Senior Demo Environment Manager, you should require minimal supervision as related to all aspects of your position. You should be capable of working independently to complete all related tasks for your role. You are an initiative taker, and like accountability. It is also expected that you can interact in a professional manner with your colleagues as well as partners and customers. You must meet agreed upon work times and deadlines. You will have the background in managing demo environments, demo data creation and your training path into Litmos will be fast to complete the duties of your role given your experience.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of global demo environment strategy creation, as well as planning the execution and maintenance of the demo environments. Ensure high quality and high-performance demo environments and define landscape/systems operational rules and guidelines. Support partners in the development of product demonstration content to support their sales cycles. Execute on assigned tasks and demo projects such as standard content projects, demo build requests. Showcase best-practice demo techniques and scenarios. Use UI skills to build beautiful use case-based brand aligned demos using CSS, html, and java script. Work with engineering on creation of new innovative ways to reproduce demo environments. Always staying current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.
Take an active role in enabling internal and external audiences about the demo environments.
Build and provide quality Infrastructure and provide demo support of key marketing events.
Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team. Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Implement best practices in responsibility area. Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.
Develop collaborative work relationships.
* 6+ years of experience in business software and/or IT solutions
* Managing complex global product demo environments
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
* Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
* Product Solution Knowledge , high interest in SW products and integrations
* Preferred knowledge in Salesforce SW demonstration landscapes
* Excellent UI Design Skills
* Understanding of sales cycles
* Communication skills
* Teamwork & Collaboration
