**What youll do:**
Position title: SAP iXp Intern Operations & Reporting/NA Midmarket
Location: Tempe, AZ or Burlington, MA (Hybrid) or Remote (US)
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
Expected start date: July 2023
Contract Duration: 12 Months
The Operations Intern is responsible for assisting the operations team with producing reports, facilitating demand management processes, and managing documentation.

_Responsibilities_
+ Assist Demand Management Operations with pulling together reporting for leadership
+ Assist in managing business processes by providing technical support and documentation to the broader teams
+ Work with the Demand Management Operations team to implement and scale ideas and business processes
+ Interface and collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand business needs
**What you bring:**

+ Currently completing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or degrees of similar background
+ Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
+ Ability and confidence to conduct research and self-educate on job related soft skills.
+ Possesses a positive self-motivated can-do attitude.
+ Effective time management and project management skills.
+ Background with Excel, PowerBI, or similar BI tools
+ Python experience is a plus.

The Demand Management Operations team is looking for an Operations Intern to support day-to-day activities, facilitate reporting, and scale and document processes for the broader sales organization.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
