Purpose & Objective of Position
The Global Sponsorships team aims to provide first class experiences to our customers and stakeholders. Our goal is to run efficiently as a team and ensure the support to all team members to deliver effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.
Expectations & Tasks
Support the Global Sponsorships team in creating precise dashboards to easily display partnership summaries across the globe.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities across partnerships to give valuable information to the leadership team for future decision making.
Develop and implement KPIs to display value of sponsorships across the enterprise.
Standardize reporting and data collection processes across critical data source platforms including digital library, Adobe Analytics, social channels, broadcast, and the sponsorships events ticketing platform.
Work across marketing functions to ensure reporting capabilities and dashboard are aligned across leadership priorities.
Provide day-to-day support with ticket distribution and documentation across North America partnership events.
Implement and define requirements for a cohesive dashboard format that standardizes visibility across partnerships.
Refine and create documentation for current cross-platform reporting structures.
Skills / Competencies
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite including Photoshop
Language skills: Fluent in English
Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive, and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude
Current student at a university or recent graduate – preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, & related fields – but MUST have the ability to support this role full-time.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
