About the team
The Enterprise Mobile Experience team is a fun and dynamic group of professionals from all over the world, managing 90.000 iPhone& iPad and 9.000 android devices. We are passionate about technology and strive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends. We believe in collaboration and value each other’s opinions. We also believe in having fun and enjoying our work.
What you’ll do :
Position title: SAP IES Intern – Enterprise Mobile Experience
Location: Newtown Square, PA (Virtual/Remote Allowed)
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
Expected start date: April 2023
Duration: 12 Months
In this role, you’ll:
You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company mobile devices. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and for helping to ensure that our mobile devices are always up-to-date and running optimally. Additionally, you will assist with the development and implementation of new mobile device management strategies and technologies. You will also help to create and maintain documentation related to our mobile device management processes and procedures.
You will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced and dedicated team, and to gain valuable experience in the mobile device management industry. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and who is passionate about technology and mobile device management. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on our business and to help us continue to provide our employees with the best possible service.

Good knowledge of mobile device, including iOS and Android

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
