What youll do

Test and deploy innovative digital tools in the field to optimize productivity and efficiency

Drive accelerated adoption of digital tools and ensure users quickly realize the benefits

Analyze and synthesize complex information from various sources to derive clear takeaways and recommendations for the digital modalities team

Utilize quantitative analysis and research methods to gather insights and suggest data-driven decisions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital modalities to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives

Create visually appealing and user-friendly presentations and dashboards to effectively present data and track key performance indicators

Present findings and results compellingly and engagingly, effectively communicating the impact of digital modalities initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute pilot programs for new tools and technologies, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

PROFILE/EDUCATION/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Ability to autonomously manage a specific task/workstream within the framework of a team project

Proficiency in handling dynamic scenarios and meeting demanding timelines

Strong quantitative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decision

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging advanced features to streamline processes and enhance productivity
