Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP IBP Lead. As an SAP IBP Lead, you will be a resource with very good communication skills, hands-on experience implementing IBP Demand, S&OP, and supply, should possess pharma experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the SAP IBP implementation project, guiding the team through all phases, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Ensure the project stays on track and meets the predefined objectives, timelines, and budget.
    • Work closely with business users and subject matter experts to understand their planning and supply chain needs. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for the SAP IBP system.
    • Develop and present the overall solution design based on the business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the design aligns with the organization's overall IT strategy and landscape.
    • Oversee the configuration of the SAP IBP modules to meet the specific needs of the business. If necessary, coordinate with developers to implement customizations and enhancements.
    • Testing and Validation: Plan and conduct system testing, ensuring that all scenarios are adequately covered. Work with end-users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the solution against business requirements.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of SAP IBP across the organization. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
    • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants. Provide status updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process flows, user guides, and other project-related materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong experience in SAP IBP implementation projects, preferably as a lead consultant or manager.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and others.
    • Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, as well as integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of consultants and stakeholders.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project management experience, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
