Must Have- SAP IBP Subject Matter Expert; Proficiency inSAP IBP S&OP, Control Tower, SAP CI-DS

Roles & Responsibilities - •Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expertfor SAP IBP, providing recommendations for process improvements and systemenhancements.
•System Optimization: Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization andimprovement, implementing changes as necessary.
•User Support: Provide technical andfunctional support to SAP IBP users, addressing issues, troubleshootingproblems, and ensuring system stability.
•System Maintenance: Perform regular systemmaintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the SAP IBP system is up todate and secure.
•Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolveincidents, problems, and service requests related to SAP IBP promptly andefficiently.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation ofsystem configurations, support processes, and issue•resolutions.
•Training: Conduct training sessions forend-users and team members to improve their understanding of SAP IBPfunctionalities and best practices.
•Integration: Assist in integrating SAP IBPwith other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across the organization.
