The SAP HXM Professional Services PMO is a fast paced but supportive team where we all count on each other for our success. This is a team where the magic word is "team work" and we support each other. We have a team of 28 Associate Project Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers all reporting to the Vice President of HXM PMO.
What you'll do:
Position title: SAP HXM Associate Project Manager
Location: Chicagp, IL
Expected start date: July 2023
In this role, you'll:
•Assist the Project or Program PMO as needed
•Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalations
•Assist or manage the capturing project metrics and communicate to the project management team
•Assist or manage the audit quality of project documentation
•Assist or manage the various project scheduling, financial and contract management functions
•Assist or manage the time and expense reporting processes for assigned engagements (time sheet submissions and Project Manager approval)
•Assist or manage the project financial management tracking (weekly, monthly) with the Program / Project / Delivery Manager
•Assist or manage the Licensee billing process: reconcile pre-invoice report with project records
•Analyze or manage the resolution of complex financial situations while they are engaged in the project
Who you are:

•Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite Products
•Interest in project management
•CAPM desired but not required

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 57,900-78,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
