Position: SAP HR & Finance Integration Analyst

Location: Greensboro, NC **MUST SIT ON-SITE (Relocation Package available, no Remote Options!)

Terms: Direct Hire

Salary: $95-$115K

Position Overview:

The SAP Developer is responsible for: SAP S4 Fashion Solution application analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, maintenance and support for the delivery of SAP projects and minor/major releases; working closely with SAP S4 Fashion Functional Analysts to understand the functional requirements that drive the technical design of high quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and receiving guidance from more senior developers as needed.

The primary focus will be partnering with functional teams, Integrator and other IT teams to implement WRICEF objects within the budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IS Management and the business areas supported and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of SAP ABAP/4 Development experience in at least Interface, Conversion, Forms and Enhancement components of WRICEF.
    • ABAP, ABAP Query, SAPScript, I-Docs, BADI, BAPI, RFC Calls, LSMW, ALV Reports
    • ABAP, SAP PI/PO, Netweaver, Fiori, HANA
  • Strong ABAP/4 development experience in one or more of the following FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, MM, EWM, SD or PP is preferred.
  • Expert level experience on ABAP Objects required.
  • Minimum 2 full cycle SAP implementation experience.
  • Cross function knowledge of FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM

Key Responsibilities:  

  • For the ERP Program Implementation:
    • Create Technical Designs from functional designs; Identify gaps/issues
    • Understand overall development strategy including “hub” solutions for plug-n-play business partners (3PL, EWM, Customers, Suppliers)
    • Update the WRICEF inventory and tracking tools
    • Scheduled reviews of deliverables
    • Develop expertise in SAP Development including ABAP, SAP PI/PO, Netweaver, Fiori, S/4 HANA solutions
    • Attend key process workshops & issue resolution sessions with focus on gaps and legacy integration
    • Present status to Development leads at team meetings: Status, Issues, Key Activities
    • Prepare weekly status; Update deliverables
    • Support the Technical Deployment IT Cutover Plan to align all shutdown, load, verification and startup activities for each deployment
    • Verification of all test and production data conversion program
    • Go-Live Support & Defects
    • Co-lead weekly team meetings and prepare status
  • As part of Long Term Support, performs technical designs, reviews, development, implementation, and continuous improvement programs and processes to provide:
    • All of the above ERP Program responsibilities
    • Solidify technical requirements definition for small projects and defect resolution that ensures applications meet all project requirements and stay within budget
