Role Summary/Purpose:
The SAP Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing hands on leadership and user support in all areas of a Global SAP environment. Owns the direct relationship between the SAP users and the technical support team. Responsible for monitoring support SLA's and coordinating with the team to make improvements in all support processes.
LOCATION: Lufkin, TX 75904
PAY RATE: $16/hr
STATUS: 6 month contract with possible extension or conversion to perm
Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of the SAP Help Desk Analyst will serve as lead for DevOps call center and end-user support services. Facilitate documentation and evaluation of business issues for SAP users. Manage configuration change reports for DevOps team. Coordinates all communications and initiates support processes for DevOps call center. Troubleshoot and assist end-users to ensure proper routing of all call center tickets. Act as a primary liaison and strategic partner between DevOps team and the SAP end-user community. Verify and report on electronic invoicing status daily.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
-Minimum 4 years of experience in help desk support with 2 years of experience in SAP user support and management
Desired Characteristics:
-Strong knowledge and skills in call center support operations
-Knowledge of SAP user security and access procedures
-Knowledge of basic SAP functionality
-Knowledge of Service Now products
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
-Self-starter who can interact effectively with business and technical partners at all levels within
the organization
-Creative thinker and problem solver
