Summary:  

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE

NGA Human Resources is searching for a SAP HCM Senior Functional Analyst for our Canadian Operations, based in Vancouver, BC.    The SAP HCM Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for producing solution design and documentation for complex enterprise applications with expert attention to all architectural qualities for an effectively working payroll system.  The SAP HCM Senior Functional Analyst must have extensive experience in SAP framework payroll module in configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills.  They must be able to work with the business/Client to understand their needs and coach them on the appropriate solutions, while at the same time work with Technical Support Team to drive them to an efficient technical solution design. They must utilize SAP framework to provide IT solutions and production support for Payroll and implement long-term, complex application systems based on SAP Programming and client-server technology.  They must be able to work in a support environment, with pre-defined SLAs and ticketing tools. 

    Must be available to work in Vancouver – TRAVEL TO VANCOVER

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.  This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
