We are looking for Techno-Functional consultant for SAP HCM with below skills/expertise.  

•         Expertise with SAP ABAP HR development with min 5+ years of experience including HR Renewal.

•         Well versed with SAP HCM knowledge in OM/PA, Benefits, ECM, Payroll and Time module  including (but not limited to) Payroll and Time Schema changes.

•         Extensive experience ABAP Object Oriented Programming, ABAP WebDynpro, ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI and OData

•         Strong experience with Fiori SAPUI5 development, configuration using WEB IDE

•         Experience in configuration and customization SAP FIORI Launchpad Designer.

•         Experience in SAP FIORI  roles setup, FIORI Launchpad groups, role mapping.

•         Extensive application support background, with experience in managing priorities and workloads and coordinating the resolution.

•         Knowledge of SAP support methodologies and tools

•         Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

•         Experience in designing/architecting complex solutions

•         Excellent in documenting specification and technical solutions.
