We are assisting the hiring managers to identify SAP HCM Business Analyst - someone who has 2 - 3 years of configuration experience with Personal Administration, OM, Time Management etc.. Position Title: SAP HCM Business Analyst

Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity.

The ideal candidate should have 3- 5 years of experience with SAP HCM - Support and Configuration Experience.

Should have experience with configuration, Custom reporting and experience with troubleshooting with interfaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Configure SAP - HCM modules to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements and compliance.
Perform system administration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution for all HCM systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the use of SAP HCM; provide end user support
Support and develop integrations between SAP - HCM and third party vendors
Partner with the Human Resources team to define business requirements, assess technology needs, and identify technical solutions for achieving business objectives
Develop detailed technical and functional specifications
Create test plans, training materials and system documentation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Job Bachelors degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, ECM)
Ability to read/debug ABAP programming, preferred
Working knowledge of databases, applications, and data integration interfaces
