We have partnered together with a local Manufacturing Company to find an SAP HCM Business Analyst to join their team in Wisconsin.

Title: SAP HCM Business Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an Business Analyst SAP - HCM to join our global IT team located in Milwaukee, WI. This position will provide technical support, business systems analysis and IT project facilitation for the SAP - HCM modules (i.e. PA, OM, PT and ECM).

Responsibilities
Provide global IT support for SAP - HCM modules (PA. OM, PT, ECM)
Configure SAP - HCM modules to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements and compliance.
Perform system administration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution for all HCM systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the use of SAP HCM; provide end user support
Support and develop integrations between SAP - HCM and third party vendors
Partner with the Human Resources team to define business requirements, assess technology needs, and identify technical solutions for achieving business objectives
Develop detailed technical and functional specifications
Create test plans, training materials and system documentation
Configure and test system settings; Coordinate QA activities
Analyze and resolve complex system problems
Facilitate end user training sessions
Manage upgrades to new software releases
Communicate system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders
Act as a liaison and participate in the integration and conversion of data with SAP and Success Factors
Support additional special projects as assigned

Education / Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, ECM)
Ability to read/debug ABAP programming, preferred
Working knowledge of databases, applications, and data integration interfaces
Experience supporting third party system integration
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency in performing root cause analysis
