Duties:

• Design, document and deliver the integration of SAP HCM ECC to new 3 rd party Benefits Platform including US Health and Welfare and COBRA plans
• Design, document and deliver the integration of SAP HCM ECC to 3 rd party Benefits Provider for Canada Open Enrollment
• Document, support and coordinate IT governance security and architectural processes required for HCM Benefits Integration
• Requirement gathering and analysis to consider all employee integration scenarios in support of Benefits integration
• Creation and review of functional specifications, system documentation and blueprints
• Coordination and leadership to support SAP Development of Benefits integration solutions
• Analyze complex Integration and SAP system issues
• Unit testing and Quality testing.

Qualifications:

• SAP HCM ECC Modules: Personnel Administration, Benefits, Organizational Management
• Global SAP HCM Implementation experience
• Functional HR and Benefits Knowledge and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all organizational levels
