Description
AP HANA Cloud System Administrator II - 100% Remote
Long-term Contract (no C2C/Sponsorship)
Description:
- Leverage Public cloud architecture and SAP landscape design experience to migrate SAP landscape from one datacenter to another data center or public cloud
- Lead SAP technical migration project SAP APO (SCM) and HANA live cache
- Assist in upgrading HANA database from 1.x to 2.x, migrate/upgrade ECC 6.x, S/4HANA 1511 or S/4HANA 1610 to S/4HANA 1709 of higher release
- Perform impact analysis of SAP component upgrade on integrated SAP and non-SAP components
- Ensure fluid SAP system migration into different O/s then source O/s
- Showcase expertise with OpenText setup and migration
- Guide & provide Training to End Users around SAP software solution
- Perform high-end consulting function which requires specialized experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business
- Create and execute test scripts
- Document test results
- Author functional design documents with an understanding of Data considerations
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university in Information Systems (Computer Science) or related field
- Overall SAP experience of 10+ years including SAP Basis Administration and component implementation/upgrade/migration with SAP application and HANA database architecture expertise
- Knowledge, deep understanding and Experience of Enterprise resource Planning software - SAP is required
- 4+ years of systems analyze and design SAP landscape upgrade and migration strategy
- Understanding of the end-to-end processes Able to create test data and run tests independently
- Certification in SAP Technology strongly desired
- Certified NetWeaver O/s and DB migration /HANA Technology Systems Consultant strongly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in client-facing and/or vendor management environments
