Job Description:

CACI is seeking a SAP Functional SME Lead to work collaboratively across SAP functional areas to support a federal organization's IT Modernization efforts to migrate from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA for financial management. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements workshops, and architect solutions aligned to standard COTS applications through collaboration with the customer.

  • Provide thought leadership on new and emerging SAP technologies in alignment to customer's strategic and near-term roadmaps and plans.

  • Coordinate with all relevant internal and customer stakeholders throughout the project implementation phase.

  • Coordinate design, development, testing and deployment of SAP S4HANA migration initiative of a federal government agency, aligning the solutions to customer's business requirements and priorities.

  • Coordinate the development and documentation of functional configuration changes and RICEFW requirements in SAP RE-FX module and support the integration with SAP FI/CO modules.

  • Identify, document, and perform functional testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution.

  • Implement governance and quality standards to mitigate risks

  • Provide scope and effort assessments for all maintenance and enhancement change requests.

  • Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.

  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and system configuration documents.

  • Configure and test the functionality of the end- product according to the requirement specifications.

  • Coordinate development of training materials for end users.

  • Provide Level 2 support of reported incidents.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearance.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.

  • Experience with SAP RE-FX and federal financials implementation.

  • SAP O&M support experience (10 years required).

Desired skills:

  • SAP Public Sector experience

  • HANA migration experience (ECC, S/4)

  • Usability (UX/UI) Design experience

  • Data Analytics (BOBJ, Tableau) experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $82,100-$172,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
