QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP technical certification in the product being supported
- Certification in at least one formal development methodology
- Minimum seven years of experience in Information Technology, including at least five in a developer role with the SAP product being required, from the list below:
- Business Suite (ERP, SRM, SCM, CRM)
- Solution Manager
- Gateway
- SAPUI5
- Web UI
- Fiori
- SAP Mobile Platform
- HANA Database
- HANA Cloud Technologies
- Business Workflow
- ABAP
- Java
- Enterprise Portal
- Web Dynpro
- Process Orchestration

- NetWeaver Composition Environment
- BW/BI DataSources and Reports
- Has been involved in at least two full cycle SAP implementations of the SAP product being supported
- Knowledge of change and release management processes
- Ability to estimate reliably the time, effort, dependencies, and resources required to complete a development task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in client-focused service delivery environments

REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience in Enterprise Applications Integration Extensive technical experience implementing enterprise-grade Financial systems, applications, integrations and infrastructure
- Familiarity with SAP systems, applications, integrations and infrastructure
- Experience with On-Premises and Cloud Application Management and Support
- Experience with SAP Finance HANA implementation
- Strong technical experience in interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADI's, enhancements, Proxy development.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO integrations
- Knowledge of REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling process
- Demonstrated, relevant, technical experience in a Subject Matter Expert capacity
- Oracle E-Business Suite Development and Execution
- SQL Query Development and Execution
- SQL System Logging, Auditing and Reporting
- Extract, Transform and Load Technologies
- Strong experience with and general knowledge of other disciplines within IT inclusive of IT Strategy, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture
- Excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with others inclusive of senior executives
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships both within the business and with external / internal customers
- Experience driving change in large nation-wide organizations.
- Extensive experience programming and/or systems analysis experience.
- Have a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
- Perform development of customer enhancements, and maintenance tasks using expertise in the arena of ESB and using MuleSoft, at least two of the following three: ABAP, DataPower, MuleSoft, and/or webMethods, and prefer Java, Salesforce, and/or hybris knowledge and understanding.
SKILL SET (Must Have):
- Prior experience working with financial reporting, financial systems, financial and audit processes.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, terms and language to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent trouble shooting experience
- Functional knowledge of various application components involving FI, AP, AR, CO and PS
- Experience with SAP HCM development including PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management
- Experience with SAP FI/CO/AR/SD/AP/PS
- Prior Experience with ECC Migration to S/4 HANA including custom code
- SAP Certifications including HANA certification
