SAP Treasury Configuration Analyst

Key responsibilities include:

Configuration and testing of core AP/AR/Treasury processes

Configuration and testing of Payment medium workbench to generate XML files.

Experience working with SWIFT MyStandards tool

MUST HAVE

  • Experience with Brazil payment/collection process, Boleto process
  • Experience with Brazil FICO implementation and local regulations
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules
  • Guides and troubleshoots during the implementation
  • The SAP Treasury Functional Developer will work with demand team and business clients to support and implement global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other systems interfaced with SAP to support the business process.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Work with Demand team business analysts and business personnel to understand Treasury business processes and provide the technology to support these processes.
    Based on requirements submitted by the business, develop detailed functional and coordinate technical specifications completion for changes to the SAP ECC system.
    Responsible for transitioning to support team when necessary.
    Perform configuration for SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.
    Consult with ABAP developers and provide technical specs to develop customized solutions.
    Consult with other custom code developers and provide technical specs for interfaced solutions.
    Perform unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
    Coordinate long chain testing where appropriate of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments.
    Provide input and suggestions based on knowledge of area of responsibility.
    Provide prototypes of new functionality based on client needs.
    Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users.
    Provide support for other activities that impact the FICO and TR areas, such as configuration changes to support changing business conditions, SAP ECC upgrades, application of hot packs, project work, etc.
    Provide ad hoc training and knowledge to business super users as required in run and maintain activities, such as remedial training, issue resolution, etc.

    KEY COMPENTENCIES:
    Ability to demonstrate proficiency in SAP AP, AR, Treasury and integration with the following SAP modules: FICO, FSCM, and sales and Distribution (SD).
    Experience with Brazil payment/collection process, Boleto process. Experience with Brazil FICO implementation and local regulations
    Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users.
    Knowledge and experience with SAPScript, ABAP, BW and IDOC.
    Experience with SAP ECC 6.
    Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
    Ability to write correspondence.
    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    Ability to interact effectively with all people.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
