A fortune 500 client is searching for a Business Relationship Manager to provide IT services and serve as a liaison to Finance internal users to design/select, implement, and support IT solutions (SAP and others). This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and IT expertise to effectively integrate technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve expected business results. Furthermore, this position will provide ongoing support for the maintenance of business aligned with IT prioritizations and release schedules.

o Understand customer pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions

o Pro-actively bring solutions to improve productivity (consider all technologies including automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning) work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to develop the business case

o Pro-actively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback- Improve IT services and manage impacts to business

o Be accountable in front of the customer for the delivery of all IT services

o Collaborate and align with global IT resources (as well as global customers) needed to support the key process transformation efforts in shared services

o Serve as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues

o Manage IT-related business risks (security, application roadmap, etc.)

o Develop IT Finance talent by continuously sharing relevant expertise with IT staff

o Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: FI & CO

o Design, configuration and testing of interfaces

o Design and testing of emerging technologies for robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning

o Collaborate closely with technical development and/or functional configuration resources to implement systems changes (if not implementing on own)

o Code reviews of solutions/enhancements with developers

o Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership to prioritize IT projects for Finance

o Manage or participate in new IT implementations (for example M&As, divestitures, new SAP modules or systems)

Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, solve and test problems/tickets and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy needs

-Ability to read and debug code
-8+ years of experience in SAP with a background in Finance

-Bachelor's degree in a related field

SAP configuration and process experience in SAP CO, Material Ledger, Product Costing, inventory valuation methods

-End to end experience in SAP financial implementations (planning & scoping, requirements gathering, build (configuration), testing, cutover, go-live support)

-experience in SAP-Finance, G/L, AR, AP, FSCM

-Understanding of financial integration with commercial (Sales, Sourcing) and Supply Chain

-Experience with monitoring IT Service Levels and driving improvements (service quality and costs)

-Customer Relationship Management ability to engage and develop strong relations with customers across Finance and Supply Chain
