Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to Lead Business Solutions and is responsible for managing FICO projects as assigned. This position will also be responsible for managing FICO role and access requirements (Role Advisor) for projects and as needed in supporting day-to-day FICO role assignments.

(Projects could require facilitating any FICO implementation, or facilitating the FICO activities within a large cross-functional project.)

EXPERIENCE:
8+ years of experience with SAP ECC (ideally including S/4 HANA) or 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP, primarily in a consumer goods environment
2+ years of SAP project management responsibility demonstrating leadership and coordination skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff through various life-cycle phases (particularly testing) with tight deadlines
Experience in Roles and Access requirements desired but not required

SKILLS:
Ability to co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within a project and ensure relevant issues are communicated, addressed and resolved. Can define and establish scope of a project, and coach others to do the same
Technical specifications, configurations and general SAP Solution implementation
Solid understanding of standard financial processes
Knowledge of SAP ECC, especially desired are FI/CO, SOLMAN, AM, PA
Demonstrated written skills, including use of Microsoft or similar technologies for workplace networking

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% of the time
PM on Financial application project as assigned
o Leads/guides Market project team in undertaking business process improvement projects. Co-ordinates/leads deployment of new GLOBE functionalities across many markets.
o Identifies and documents Project Management best practices in coordination with Project Management Office including documentation, project tracking, communication and clear status reporting

40% of the time
Role Advisor
o Identifies Role Scoping requirements for Implementation of projects
o Executes the Roles to Position Mapping for GLOBE Implementations or Mergers and Acquisitions Work with internal customers on acceptance testing and cutover
o FICO Subject Matter Expert for Role Assignments, Role Changes and risks related to high-sensitive roles in support of sustaining activities performed by Role Links (the team responsible for assigning roles to individual users)

20% of the time
Communications
o Support Business Solutions FICO with various communication as needed to support project and other activities
