Description

Responsibilities of FICO Analyst include:

- Deep understanding of core SAP FICO applications, as well as an understanding of the business requirements of the financial organization

- Implementation and support of core SAP FICO applications including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, and related supporting applications.

- Validate and document any configuration and customization requirements

- Provide training to end-user.

- Sort out day to day queries of end users.

- Enhancement of the SAP financial areas for end users based on requirements.

Tasks:

- Attend meetings with internal customers and lead discussions about requirements and improvements.

- Gather Information on their current business processes and prepare documentation.

- Gather information on their business requirements and prepare documentation.

- Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.

- Functional testing and Integration Testing.

- Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.

- Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.

- Prepare End user training documents.

- Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time.

- Production support after the product goes Live

- Become the primary expert in the area of SAP FICO and effective implementation and support

- 10 years of experience as a SAP FICO functional analyst
