As part of this initiative, you will have the opportunity to implement a range of innovative digital technologies, drive their adoption, and deliver substantial value growth for the company. In this role, you will use your conceptual understanding of Finance to implement innovative solutions in the E-Commerce space. Your expertise will be instrumental in serving both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B models, driving Colgate's growth in the dynamic and ever-evolving digital landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with E-Commerce team, Finance business community, and customers in solution development and implementation of various E-Commerce initiatives

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify technical requirements for financial systems to support eCommerce

  • Take a leading or collaborative role in coordinating the development of technical proof of concept (POC) initiatives, as well as actively contribute to agile software development projects

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for eCommerce solutions developed within the finance systems

  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts for finance systems supporting eCommerce initiatives, while identifying and solve technical issues related to these systems

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and standard processes related to eCommerce finance technology

  • Contribute to the seamless implementation and integration of new eCommerce solutions into our finance systems

  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT role developing and configuring Finance applications in SAP in the area of Receivables Management

  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

  • Strong organization skills and self-motivation

  • Possess strong teamwork skills, adaptable to diverse situations, individuals, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge in SAP Receivables Management, SAP Digital Payments, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), General Accounting & COPA in SAP S/4 HANA on-premise or cloud environment

  • Solid grasp on integrating E-Commerce platforms with SAP Enterprise

  • Worked on projects involving SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API management

  • Familiar with Jira or equivalent project tracking tool

  • Some programming experience

Salary Range $88,800-$131,250

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
