Location: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science or related fields
  • In-depth expertise in SAP FICO – Fixed Assets Accounting and Project Systems integration experience
  • 6+ years’ experience with SAP Fixed Assets Accounting processes for GAAP and SAP hands on configuration expertise
  • SAP PS functional business knowledge of project management and accounting with hands on SAP configuration expertise
  • Understanding of multi ledger processes in terms of financial functionalities
  • Recent hands-on experience assessing S/4 Fixed Assets new functionality and
  • Experience with Fixed Asset reporting from and Fixed Asset forecasting processes
  • Project Settlement to Fixed Assets experience is required
  • Experience with configuration and design of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Scheduling, Resource Related Billing, CATS, Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Well experienced in SAP PS logistic functionalities like Network Scheduling and Capacity Planning
  • Familiarity with FA and PS integration to FI, MM, CO, SD, and HR
  • Strong Knowledge in SAP Material Ledger Actual Costing and Standard Costing
  • Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Experience with system management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, and user acceptance testing
  • Experience creating business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to solve difficult problems and deal with a variety of variables without a defined right-answers
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • SAP Finance certification preferred
  • CPA or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Knowledge of "best practices" in functional areas and ability to apply SAP knowledge to add value to client implementations
  • Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project reporting
