GDT is seeking an SAP FICO Functional Lead Analyst to join our organization.

In this role you will you will be responsible for the following:

· Day-to-day and project development / support of Finance modules on a new SAP implementation within a HANA environment.

· Will work closely with a team that supports MM & SD modules and users to address support requests and complete short duration projects.

· Additional responsibilities include maintaining configurations for changes in the business model as well as analyze / evaluate requirements for systems solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications:

· 6 to 8 years of FICO experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience to include support.

· 1 to 2 years of working with S/4 implementation and configuration experience.

· Hands on configuration experience with New GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking, Tax, Cash Management, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Results Analysis, POC, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting.

· Deep knowledge of FICO Integration with – SD, MM, PS.

· Experience and ability to understand functional and technical solutions for standard and non-standard FICO processes with appropriate attention to detail.

· Demonstrated system problem solving skills, having addressed complex FICO and cross-functional issues.

· Minimum 8 years of business or business systems experience.

· Strong skills in requirements analysis & definition, configuration, testing, implementation and support.

· Experience and ability to design functional and technical solutions for standard and non-standard FICO processes with appropriate attention to detail.

· Demonstrated system problem solving skills, having addressed complex FICO and cross-functional issues.

· ABAP skills, including debugging and minor code corrections or enhancements.

· Excellent client, verbal & written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage priorities and to adjust to constantly changing priorities.

· SAP S/4 Simple Finance or SAP S/4 HANA implementation/upgrade experience (1503, 1511, 1610) will be a BIG plus!
