Job Description:

• Work closely with the business to determine FI/CO functional requirements, developing appropriate solutions, and assist in training and implementation of those solutions.
• Identify and prioritize analytical gaps between the current state and industry best practices; propose and implement quick wins to demonstrate competency and generate immediate business value
• Provide documentation of functional changes as well as business process changes, working with the business to establish Standard Operating Procedures for all key business functions.  
• Effectively present recommendations to all levels of management using various modes of communication/presentation
• Effectively work with the development team to provide coordinated, timely results when non-Functional solutions are required. 
• On-going training of FI user base.
• Maintain steady communication with IT, analytical staff, business partners and leadership on all programs
• Sustain package solution maintenance and upgrades (e.g. Sovos Tax package).
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
