Our client is currently seeking a SAP FI Analyst (Support).This is a permanent position, sponsorship is not available.
Must be local to NJ. Hybrid in Jersey City, NJ
Must be able to accept full-time employment without sponsorship.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the maintenance and operation of IT systems especially SAP (Public Cloud). As part of our talented global IT organization, you will be working closely with personnel from both USA colleagues and headquarters, contributing to our company's strategic goals and vision for a global network.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Representative (IT Service Delivery as a Single-Contact-Point for IT) SAP Public Cloud ERP System Operation and Management

Change (including interface), Trouble Shooting, User support, Process Design Collaboration with headquarter IT department and SAP

WORK EXPERIENCE

+5 years of experience in SAP ERP system (S/4HANA)

Public Cloud experience would plus point

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Communication skill with SAP Key users to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them.

SAP module experience to support end users. (FI preferred)

Support for system changes coming from business process change based on change management

User Role management

Module test according to regular SAP update schedule to find out system conflicts

Incident raise and solve problem when a system failure or malfunction has occurred.

Additional module would be plus point (SD)

Interface support with other SAP ERP modules and IT solutions

IT service delivery experience would plus point

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in related field.
