The Role

Content Experience Manager

The Content Hub Experience Manager is responsible for project planning, requirement gatherings, influencing strategy, and managing the experience and performance of the content hub on Partnering with stakeholders in the M&S and Digital Experience teams, this role acts as a digital marketing and web subject matter expert. Through communications, resource engagement and strategic escalation of roadblocks, this role ensures long-term success of related to early awareness, blog, and other long form content initiatives on

  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and web strategies

  • Must be able to take initiative to problem shoot and resolve issues in order to guard site quality and the online customer experience.

  • Strong project management skills required to coordinate scope, timelines, and deliverables for redesigns, refreshes and optimization

  • Responsible for planning deadlines and action items with project team members, identify risks; works with team members individually to resolve any issues, establish best practices and lessons learned

  • Leads regular project team meetings to review progress

  • Ability to interpret analytics a major plus as understanding visitor behavior and content performance

  • Familiarity with keyword and SEO tactics also a plus

  • Familiarity with web publishing and AEM platform required

Critical Performance Competencies:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to plan and implement web strategies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required
