An SAP Enterprise Application Engineer job is currently available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen and must possess an S/SSBI clearance or be willing to obtain one successfully. Additionally, you must hold a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or equivalent or be willing to obtain one.

Ideal candidates will have a competency level equivalent to an associate degree plus a minimum of four (4) years" work experience supporting, building, and deploying SAP Enterprise level programs and tools.

Requirements:
•4+ years of experience with SAP Basis middleware programs and associated tools that support the interoperability and portability of SAP applications across systems and databases
•2+ years of experience with the install, configure, maintain, migration, or upgrade activities of SAP systems
•Experience with troubleshooting SAP Basis related issues
•Experience with maintenance and performance tuning for database and SAP systems
•Experience with integration methodologies and design patterns such as APIs and event-driven frameworks
•Define, design, and execute unit and integration testing of application

Qualifications:
•Experience with using Rally or other similar Project Management Tools are beneficial in managing work
•Experience with Service Now or other similar incident and problem management tools are beneficial
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, to include the ability to produce and deliver presentations and training on new technology implementations.
•Professional demeanor to work in an active professional office environment and ability to communicate with high level managers and decisionmakers as needed.
•Collaboration, Decision Making, and Risk Management - experience in change planning and execution, ability to understand the requirements of complex changes and work with Program/Product Managers to engage other departments and resources as required.
•Must be able to work independently, if needed, in a closed air-gapped environment to troubleshoot issues, across various platforms, that may occur during a system deployment.
•Must be US person and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and DoD 8750 certification at or above the level of the CompTIA Security+.

Compensation:
Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits offered may include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and paid leave required by law. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $95,000 to $115,000. Guidelines vary based on many factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market and business considerations.
